Abstract Collaboration Piece & 3 Layered Drawings

Abstract Collaboration 

For those piece, we had 8 different sheets of A2 paper around the room and 8 different sets of media placed at each of the sheets. We had to walk around the room and drawing either media that was nearby but we wasn't allowed to use the same media that is already on that piece of paper. We were given sheets of artists to be inspired by and we had to just go with how we felt and not follow a structure item. I was very please taking part in this process as it wa sinterestijg to see how each person would use each media and how they would drawi with it, for example when using the gum tape, I rolled my in and created a wave effect where as people where just sticking it down so I manipulated it into a different way compared to everyone else which I found interesting.

3 Layerd Darwings

For this piece, we had the still life setup in front of us and we had an A3 paper and pencil in front of us. We had to draw a section of the still life setup in front of us in 5 minutes then moved around to another section and over lapped that into the previous drawing and then done that once again. So by the end we had a huge composition of 3 different areas of the same setup.

I liked doing this piece however there wasn't much done to it after that lesson. I felt it was strong the way I left it and I just wanted it to be a sketch, I didn't want any sign of improvement or extras onto it.
